After a brief introduction by the project manager Dr Małgorzata Dzimińska, the event participants presented their projects in a dynamic "3 minutes + 1 slide" format. Thanks to the programme ambassadors Dr Przemysław Płociński and Dr Kamil Brzeziński, this part of the event unfolded in a lively and inspiring atmosphere.
There was also time for practical issues – from the promotion and communication of activities, through administrative matters related to the arrival of UNIC partners, to legal consultations regarding contracts.
The meeting showed how much can be obtained by joining forces in one place: new contacts, fresh inspirations and the feeling that UniLodz Science Hub projects are more than just ideas on paper – they are actual cooperation.
Another edition of UniLodz Science Hub
The call for Science Hub – IEEF edition is now open for applications! Applications are open from 20 August to 3 October 2025. IEEF is an acronym for the Institute of Economic and Financial Expertise in Łódź. This edition of Science Hub is groundbreaking because, for the first time, the goal of a trilateral project involving a researcher, a student or students, and an external entity is to response to a specific need expressed by the aforementioned entity.
Science Hub UniLodz (SH) is a collaborative platform of the University of Łódź that brings together students, university experts, and external partners to support them in implementing innovative research and development projects. The teams operating within SH work together to address real scientific challenges submitted by partner organizations.
The project “We are UNIC!” is funded by the European Union under the program Support for European University Alliances, NAWA project FERS.01.05-IP.08-0219/23, with a total amount of PLN 62,705,297.60.
