Pursuant to § 3 of the Regulations of the Science Hub UniLodz Competition – IEEF edition, within the timeframe specified in the schedule (from 20 August to 3 October 2025), the team’s application to the competition must be submitted by the supervising person. For this purpose, it is necessary to complete the application form and attach the required declarations (from the supervising person and from each participating student).

Electronic versions of the documents should be sent to: ctt@uni.lodz.pl, while the original hard copies must be submitted to the office of the University of Łódź Technology Transfer Centre.

The date of submission is the date on which the hard copy documents are received by the Technology Transfer Centre.
